Cara Williams
Director & Speech Pathologist
Cara is a certified practicing speech pathologist with over 20 years’ experience in working with children and families. She is energetic, creative and brings enthusiasm to every session.
Her speciality is working with Autistic individuals. She has worked in a range of Autism specific services both in Australia and England, ranging from Early Intervention, ASD units within mainstream schools, and ASD specific schools and services.
Cara is passionate about neurodiversity, and supporting individuals to reach their best potential.
Cara is committed to ongoing learning and delivering evidence-based practice.
Outside of the clinic, Cara is a busy mum with three young boys. On the weekends Cara can be found at one of their many soccer, football or cricket games!

Caitlyn Eldridge
Speech Pathologist
Caitlyn is a certified practicing speech pathologist who graduated from her Masters of Speech Pathology at The University of Melbourne. She is creative and values forming relationships with her clients.
Caitlyn has a passion for working with Autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Her passion began at a young age as she was able to observe how therapy helped support her brother in reaching his potential. This experience led to Caitlyn’s dream of being able to help her own clients in reaching their own best selves.
Caitlyn is passionate about learning and is always seeking the newest evidence-based practice and research that can best help support her clients.
Outside of the clinic, Caitlyn enjoys keeping active by going for hikes and playing volleyball. She is also a foodie and enjoys spending time learning new recipes.

Lani Baensch
Speech Pathologist
Lani is a certified practicing speech pathologist, who graduated from the Masters of Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne. She is warm and bubbly, and loves bringing elements of fun into each session to build connection with her clients.
Lani has loved working and volunteering with kids since she was young, including volunteering at summer camps, volunteering at various kids holiday programs, and working as a swim teacher for six years.
Lani is dedicated to supporting her clients and is passionate about working with autistic and neurodivergent people. She loves learning new things, and finding the best evidence-based practice that will support her clients to be their best me.
Outside of the clinic, Lani loves enjoying nature through walking, hiking, camping and swimming. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and very cute dog, Kaia. She loves cooking and baking, and most importantly, eating.

Emily Smith
Speech Pathologist
Emily is a certified practicing speech pathologist who graduated from the Masters of Speech Pathology at The University of Melbourne.
Emily previously worked as a qualified kindergarten teacher and worked in childcare for eight years. She is passionate about advocating for early intervention and teaching through play-based learning. Her favourite moments in the classroom are sharing new silly stories and songs with her 3 year old kinder group.
Emily is enthusiastic about collaborating with her clients at their level to make her sessions engaging, safe and supportive. She loves thinking outside of the box to help people meet their goals and having a laugh or two along the way.
When not at the clinic, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, karaoke nights and spending time with her cats Clove and Bailey. She loves reading in the sunshine and secretly flying to Queensland for a few days to surprise her younger brother at school pickup.
